Just an FYI to the group on a stress test I did to the latest Red5 release last night... + Downloaded the rc3 build last night (I am running on maxosx 10.4.9 on an older G5 tower) + Ran a dvd -> 3gp -> flv converted movie (clonewarscartoon) size of this is 130 MB through the oflademo demo + In the past a file of this size choked earlier version of red5 with a freeze + With this build, not only did this file stream successfully; it also looped continuously (all night) without incident. This Am it was still going strong 7 hours later. + A good stress test for the new code base. Not sure if others are doing this with new builds, so I just wanted to report my findings) as an FYI.
