The sound breakup seems to coincide with the video stutter so my impression is they are being caused by the same problem... but thts just an observational impression. Thanks for putting your server and test streams up for us all to see and help debug. Just a little stutter on video. However the audio is very choppy and sounds a little distorted too. Hope that helps.
