Forgot to explain, we have 3 win2k3 servers with single P4 3G with HT 
and 2G of ram , suppose to be running behind a hardware load balancer, 
but there was issues there spreading out the connections,  seems the 
server runs out of memory at 1038 connections from possible memory leaks 
in the code caused from the exception errors im getting.
