[Red5] rtmpt not working on war version

I check out the latest version from svn,and compile success war version,and 
deploy it to the tomcat5.5.23.
I can connect to rtmp://localhost/oflaDemo,  
but I can not connect to rtmpt://localhost:8088/oflaDemo.
 
anyone can help?
