Hmmm,

This version should work for you.

Have you reviewed the log files to see what messages you
arr getting when it does not start?

Have you setup RED5 to run from within Apache?

What version of Tomcat and Apache are you running?

Can you actually bring up Tomcat's default page with http://localhost:8080 ?

And does Tomcat's default page come up when you enter http://localhost as
well
rather than Apache's default page?

If so, then you might have to setup virtualhosts in Apache and Tomcat in
order to see things.

If you are running Tomcat without mod_jk, then you should be able to see
RED5 by just accessing
it through http://locahost:8080/red5
