I knew I had seen that somewhere, but I couldn't find that link.  I was 
able to figure it out from digging through the red5 source.  That 
tutorial is pretty much how I did it.  Except I extended the 
DefaultFilenameGenerator so if the path wasn't set or if it was an 
invalid path it would fall back on the default behavior.
