You're not providing enough information to definitively explain why
this file is not appearing in your search results. Here are some
things to think about:

* Is this a new installation of LiveServer? If so, have you enabled
the search in startup.conf/configuration? If you're using k2, is the
service running?
* Are other files appearing in your search results? If so, I would
double-check that the xml file is really marked for full-text search.
Sometimes people look at the content group and see the option checked
there and just assume all files in the content group are searchable.
* When you release the file in LiveServer, do you see an entry in the
index queue?
* If you have answered yes up to this point, then I would check the
VQL. That is a pretty long statement and it seems to rely on custom
fields in Verity. Have you defined these fields in the search engine
connector?

Good luck with your demo.
