I believe the server settings to change the log file path only relates
to all sub-folders under the ASP\LOG folder (so doesn't include the
RedDotTemp folder).

However, you may be able to work around it outside of RedDot in
Windows directly with the Disk Management tools.
To do this, if you have a spare disk/partatition, mount it to an empty
NTFS folder (instead of/in addition to the usual drive letter).
e.g. you could create the new partition, move everything from the CMS
\ASP folder to the root of the new partition (ensure permissions are
ok), then mount it at the old CMS\ASP folder once empty.
That way, you RedDot will see everything the same (e.g. C:\Program
Files\RedDot\CMS\ASP\, but the files actually reside on a separate
partition).

Other alternatives are:
- reinstalling RedDot to an alternative partition and migrating your
projects across
- using 3rd party tool to extend/resize the existing partition.
