Peronsally I'm on a render tag ninjery .. but I'm using 9 servers which have no problem with this. Simply use something like:

Content:CurrentIndex.Parent.Page.Elements.GetElement (info_modDate).Value !!%> This example assumes you have placed this in your container and that info_modDate is a placeholder in the foundation template containing the date you want. It also can reduce or avoid the need for scripting in your templates.
