The PreExecuteCache and the RenderExtensionsCache directories will
hold files if your project is set to cache pre-executing script blogs.

Regarding the log directories, if you go to Server Manager -> Start ->
Administer User defined jobs -> Jobs, there are system jobs that can
be set to periodically clear the log files. This will clean 'em up.
