This is exactly why I am trying to get the community going at
http://reddot.ning.com. I am already linking to reddotcmsblog in the
'resources' area, and there is PLENTY of room for adding video
tutorials, file uploads, podcasts, etc. If we all start using it for
these purposes, I believe it will become an invaluable resource.
Believe me,  I could totally benefit from developer to developer
support.
