I searched through older posts on similar subjects but none of them
really seemed to fit my situation/needs.

I've got a content class, called "Event Listing" which has an HTML
project variant template and an XML project variant template. This
content class lives in one project (Project A) and is shared with
another project (Project B).

Everything works fine in Project A. I can access the page created from
this content class in SmartEdit and add/remove/edit things as
expected. When published, the XML variant is published in the expected
place and the published site works as it should.

But, in Project B, things aren't working so well. I can still edit the
page in SmartEdit, but the XML variant isn't published. I've created
the same publishing packages that are being used and assigned the
proper template variants to the corresponding project variants.

The other shared content classes seem to be working fine except this
one which publishes out as XML. Any ideas?
