Hi Chandrasekar;
Typically this is done inside the web server. Since RedDot CMS UI is all
ASP, just use the normal IIS compression technique and make sure the
"Compress Application Files" is checked
(http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/WindowsServer2003/Library/IIS/25d2170b-09c0-45fd-8da4-898cf9a7d568.mspx?mfr=true).

If you are trying to compress the HTTP Response for LiveServer, it can be
done using mod_deflate if you are using Apache or using this same technique
above if you are using IIS.

Subject: [reddot] How to enable HTTP Compression for Reddot Project

Hi All

Can anyone help to find a way for implementing HTTP compression for
Reddot project. Normally for dotnet application we used to add a bit
of code in global.asax file to implement HTTP compression. But i don't
know whether its possible to do it Reddot.

Thanks
Chandrasekar
