Quite easy to reference an element within a page instance using Render
Tags:

e.g.
<%!! Context:Indexes.GetIndexByPageId(    insert guid of page
here     ).Page.Elements.GetElement(     insert name of standard field
here     ).Value !!%>


All you need to do is insert the guid of the page and the name of the
placeholder you want to point to
