Hi Henry,

Whilst I'm starting to monitor threads here more and trying to expose more
people to the content within in the hope that I or others can start to
contribute answers and help more, it is simply unrealistic for me to take
every issue and follow up on it.  Therefore, on this occasion (like the
others that I do not comment on as I'm not a product expert in all areas), I
would encourage the use of the formal support process.
