Thanks Sud.

Event is that we cannt update the user details directly into Active
directory because of some policies (mess!!).
So we are trying to use active directory web form Active roles
server(ARS). If we update through ARS, which doesn't update
the delivery server repository. But we are taking the repository
details for staff search functionality. In that case, we need to
update the DS repository as soon as user update their details in AD
through ARS.

Yes we can run the jobs minutely, but would that affect the
performance of DS (we have already got performance issues )?Also open
text advise run the scheduled jobs out of office hours!!

Load user dyanament loads user from repository. Can you explain a bit
more what you have said about this ?

Many Thanks,
Jo
