We run 7.5 and had some major problems over the summer that OT really did not offer much 'support' on. Any ticket we submitted normally got us a response of "you need to upgrade your system and contact our training office to arrange for your staff to be trained." Any phone calls we placed for support didn't help either, they just kept pointing out that we needed to upgrade and that we needed to send someone to training. Needless to say, we did not feel like the annual maintenance we pay for support was worth renewing!
