Tony,

Any one who builds solutions (plugins, extensions, samples) and wants to 
share or sell them is welcomed to post on SolutionExchange (SolEx). Many 
partners and active developers/bloggers were invited and on-boarded to the 
sites functions.  If you want to contribute and you don't see "Create a 
Solution" when you are logged in to SolEx.
