I am working with 11.something and this problem is still alive. In my project I start publishing of single pages or subtrees as a workflow reaction. Pages are published correctly, but sometimes the cleaner immediatly deletes exactly this pages . At the Moment I did not find the time to discuss this problem with OT-Support and therefore I decide to stop this cleaner Job.
