RedHat bind question

RedHat recently released an errata update for bind (bind.2.2_P3-1.i386.rpm). 
There is also an update in rawhide (bind-8.2.2pl3-1.i386.rpm).

Why in the world are do these apparently the same updates have completely
different version/release identifications?
