A couple of things you *ned* to know


1       This is not the list for this type of question, its a developers list,
you need the   redhat-list    which is a more general list
2       turn off HTML when posting to mail lists unless you intend to be ignored
:-)
3       Learn and remember sites that supply software for Linux, and remember
them, the first stop being the software makers site, ie  www.redhat.com
4       A lot of software will be on your CD/s if you have them

http://www.freshmeat.net      remember this one
http://rufus.w3.org          also handy
