Trouble installing 6.2

I was trying to install 6.2 with the bootnet.img.  I get to the point
where it asks me what NIC I have, and 3c509 is not in the list.  Prior
versions had this driver, where did it go.  When I choose any of the other
3com cards (3c501, 3c590), I get resource conflict, device busy.  Has anybody
experienced this problem.  Thanks for any help.  jlm
