Hi all,

When playing around with logging I noticed init logs every syslog message
with level LOG_INFO. I posted this as a bug to bugzilla a few weeks ago
(#29406) and submitted a patch to enable the log function of init to add a log
level.
Since I haven't heard/seen anything on the subject yet, I turn to this list
for some feedback.
First of all, I am quite sure init should use different log levels for
different messages, instead of LOG_INFO for just any message. What I am not
sure about are the actual log levels that should be used for these messages,
and that is what I would like some feedback on.
For instance, kernel messages (imo) similair to "Entering runlevel:" are
logged with level LOG_WARNING instead of LOG_INFO.
So if you have some spare time please have a look at my patch and let me know
what you think would be appropriate log levels for the different messages.
 Thanx for your time,

                                        Bye,

                                        Leonard.
