That's easily managed;-)

Couldn't it be deployed as the Java runtime element for Moz, Netscape 
etc?

I've just read the licence agreement for the SDK and see no such clause. The document 
details components I may redistribute (and requiires I don't put them in "the same 
path name as the original files/modules."

The only impediment I see is Red Hat's own attitude.
