Add the line:
append="aha152x=0x340,11,7,1"
to lilo.conf and rerun lilo. The settings, of course, assume you still have
it configured with the original address and irq settings. Change the values
accordingly.
I use these and similar with both a 1510 and 1520 SCSI.
