After installing most of the RH5.0 errata (listed in a previous message)
xterm doesn't work in Xwindows. I have more info to add. nxterm still
works but it has an annoying reverse video bug so I had change my
COLOR_XTERM to xterm instead.
Also I have figured out how to get the error output from the failed start
of xterm which follows below:
[rgolan@ozenfant lib]$ xterm &
[1] 583
[rgolan@ozenfant lib]$ xterm: error in loading shared libraries
/usr/i486-linux-libc5/lib/libXt.so.6: undefined symbol: _Xsetlocale
[1]+ Exit 127 xterm
What can anybody tell me about this which can point me in the right direction?
