Hello,
I have just set up my system on RedHat 5 and am not able to use the "rsh"
command to access a remote system to force a mail queue. I get the
following error message back.
select: protocol failure in circuit setup
The command I am using is:
rsh mail-spool.clark.net -l username "/usr/lib/sendmail
-qRsdjernes.clark.net"
This does work from another shell account I have. It also worked on a
older and less secure distribution of linux that I had on this machine
before. The distribution was Linux Universe 2.0.
If someone could give me a detailed answer I would appreciate it.
Shawn
