XEmacs is distributed with RHL. In 5.1 the file is:

        emacs-X11-20.2-7.i386.rpm

in 5.0 it is:

        emacs-X11-20.2-4.i386.rpm

and in 4.2 it is:

        emacs-X11-19.34-4.i386.rpm

During installation you have the option of installing it. If you missed it
just install it pointing to your regular installation directory (FTP or
CDROM).
