Superprobe says what? Did you personally install the ram? If so have you
checked to see if it is installed right? I had a cheap card that I bought
from the local swap that had the video ram installed backwards. leave it
on for a while and watch it burn...
Just don't touch the ram, I found out the hardway that they get hot if
backwards.
