In netcfg you should leave the "interface" entry empty as the IP address is
not eth0 but beyond it.
Do you have those IP addresses assigned to you? If you only have one IP
address from your ISP assigned to you you have to be doing NAT at the point
of conection to your ISP to connect more than one machine. With only one IP
but using two you could be confusing your system.
