Let assumes that you have installed properly XFree-3.3.1 version.
for download; example (working if installed ncftp):
type 'ncftp
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/contrib/hurricane/i386/XFree86-S3V-3.3.2-3.i386.rpm'
after download
as root type 'rpm -Uvh XFree86-S3V-3.3.2-3.i386.rpm'

Try with 'startx' if not succes you can start setup utility
