Has anyone built a newer RPM version of net-tools compatible with the 2.1.106
kernel? The newest ones available on ftp.redhat.com are several versions too
old. Can anyone point me somewhere?

Barring that, I might consider downloading the net-tools distribution and
building a new binary RPM for that version. How can I easily build a new
package that matches the old package in terms of package setup? Do I need to
RTFM or is this a simple process?

Thanx!
