Apart from a stuck Cap Lock key, this is very valid.
Linux would reach more people if more people could install it without tech
help
Terminology is important here, if not using the familiar DOS terms then the
paper work should clearly explain what is meant and what the new user need to
do.
A better manual here would go a long way
I often see questions put to this list where the answer is so obvious, but
when I was back there it was far from obvious.
Also I recently put RH4.1 on a friends computer. Someone who is not computer
literate, but has installed Win95 several times.
He was totally lost as to how to do this.
I do feel this is sadly neglected and very important
