Unfortunately, http://www.mozilla.org/report.html isn't functioning yet.
Fortunately, the just-released Netscape 4.05 no longer crashes on that
URL. (Unfortunately, there isn't yet a 128-bit encrypting version of
Netscape v4.05 yet).
