Thanx for your help.
Very strange thing:
[root@abyss NVIDIA]# ls
NVIDIA_kernel-1.0-4191.src.rpm
[root@abyss NVIDIA]# rpm --rebuild NVIDIA_kernel-1.0-4191.src.rpm
NVIDIA_kernel-1.0-4191.src.rpm: No such file or directory

But i've compilled kernel and GLX from tar'ed sources. Work fine, thanx
