Someplace in the Install process, it looks like fdisk (or something
similar) writes 'Labels' to the partitions on the disk, and then
uses these labels in /etc/fstab.
Other than /etc/fstab, I see references to these labels during the
fsck during the boot sequence.
So the question.
How can I SEE and/or CHANGE these Labels?
Ive looked for an option (command line or interactive) on fdisk, and
dont see anything. So where is it???
