The fudge factor should only be applied to localhost entries, not to external clock sources. You have a hosed configuration file. Read the html documentation that comes with NTP so that you understand what you're doing, rather than than just tossing IP's into your config. If you need help, post your entire /etc/ntp.conf configuration, along with an explanation of which IPs belong to the local server, and which are remotes. -- "Of course I'm in shape!
