If you installed SpamAssassin from RPM, then the SA modules should be 
under the 5.8.0 directory, not 5.6.1.

I would "rm -rf /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/Mail/SpamAssassin*" and 
install from RPM (or re-install from CPAN).
