Do you want to have the win9x machines to have to log into the machine as if
it were a domain controller?  If not, the change the line in your conf file
"domain logons = yes" to no.  If it is set to yes and the machine doesn't
log on, it may not provide wins services.  That is the only other thing.
After changing it to no you can restart smb and then you will find a file on
/var/lock/samba called wins.dat.  Examine its contents and you will see
entries from machines on your network.  You may have to reboot your win9x
machines to get the entries going.
