Redhat 8.0 Dependency

I Did not install the developing tools, (like gcc), now I am trying to,  and I had a dependency: Cyrus-sasl 2.1.7-2 & KRB5-Libs 1.2.5-6 Those two packages were actualized by the "RH -Auto actualization toll" and are at new versions but the "RH Add or Remove Packages" doesn't know it!
