I just posted something yesterday about "ugly man display"

thought I didn't check everything till now, I'm quite sure that
        LANG="en_US"
in the i18n file should solve your problem

When I see your message I understand why I found almost nothing while
searching for my own problem : there are many ways to describe it, and in
our cases we didn't employ no one common word !!!
