My experience with watch-list is that usually the advisories take a few days, and sometimes they take even longer. If memory serves correctly, a moderator confirms postings to that list manually.
Mine's been pretty much the opposite. I'll see the icon in my up2date console almost immediately after it's posted, and the announce/watch mail arrives pretty much at the same time (or within a couple of hours). Then a few days later (typically, range is 1-10 days), I'll get the RHN errata notification mail sent to my RHN registered address.
