I configured the bonding between my eth0 and eth1 as described, and that seemed to work, the server could ping anything, but several services were no longer accessible remotely (like ssl and pop, though http/ssh were fine). Could this be because trunking wasn't turned on on the switch? Or are there some security options specifically tied to ethX that need to be enabled for bond0?
