It would really help if you pasted the output of the commands into your reply. Seeing the output of 'ls -l /usr/src/' would be helpful. I've no idea what happened. Something related to the commands you mistakenly ran earlier, I'd guess. Perhaps it's easier to reinstall the package at this point.
