Sorry about the HTML on the first post on this thread... I am looking into investigating the ins and outs of OpenLDAP. The rpm -q openldap shows the packages is installed. However, the documentation on their site revolves around the slapd daemon with the slapd.conf file for its configuration. I am only finding a reference to slapd in the man pages and there is no slapd.conf example file. Furthermore, there is no slapd in the system. Am I missing something here?
