Licensing?  Just download the ISO, burn it, and install.  That's the
open license.

As for the question about internet connection, are you planning on using
the machine as the default gateway for your network?  If so, I think
setting up iptables is your best bet. I've never done this in RH, but
did something similar many years ago in Debian.
