Then please explain to me what is this? 

[EMAIL PROTECTED] /bin]# whereis tcsh
tcsh: /bin/tcsh /usr/share/man/man1/tcsh.1.gz


[EMAIL PROTECTED] /bin]# whereis csh
csh: /bin/csh /etc/csh.cshrc /etc/csh.login
/usr/share/man/man1/csh.1.gz
