There are two ways:
1. (shorter one) rpmbuild --rebuild --target i686 /path/to/src/rpm/x.src.rpm
2. (longer one)
rpm -ivh /path/to/src/rpm/x.src.rpm
rpmbuild -bb --target i686 /usr/src/redhat/specs/x.spec
If you do not have "rpmbuild" command; then install rpm-build package.

www.rpm.org
