My company is looking at developing an intranet solution. I would like
to use Red Hat Linux to implement the system. However, I need a few
things before I can do that.

#1) If possible, I need some numbers (real numbers are preferred over
marketing numbers) regarding performance, scalability, etc. I can
probably fudge this one, but any good numbers would help. This is
especially necessary for the PostgreSQL database Red Hat ships with.

#2) Is there a number to call for 24x7 support (having an organization
to call seems to be a critical thing in this company)? It would be best
if this is a 1-800 number, but even a toll call would be better than
nothing (but it absolutely positively must be 24x7). It also must have
some sort of yearly fee (rather than a per-call fee).

Many thanks. If you could please privately respond to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] I would be greatful.
