If you're not going to be using Evolution, you could remove Evolution altogether and have the issue with the alarm altogether...it's going to automagically start; and if you kill that process, if you start Evolution again, it's going to start that process again. You can type "killev" in a term and kill all Evolution processes if you so desire, but in reality, just remove that package and you won't have this running ever again, mate. -- Sun Jun 15 08:30:00 EST 2003 08:30:00 up 1 day, 15:44, 2 users, load average: 0.48, 0.50, 0.31 ----------------------------------------------------------------- | __ __ |kuhn media australia | | /-oo /| |'-. |http://kma.0catch.com | | .\__/ || | | |================================| | _ / `._ \|_|_.-' |stephen kuhn | | | / \__.`=._) (_ | email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] | ----------------------------------------------------------------- linux user #:267497 linux machine #:194239 * MDK 9.1 & RH 7.3 Mandrake Linux Kernel 2.4.21-11mdk Cooker for i586 ----------------------------------------------------------------- * This message was composed on a 100% Microsoft free computer * "Intelligence without character is a dangerous thing." -- G.
